Great opportunity for an experienced Digital Customer Engagement Marketer to drive and grow audience and increase customer value.  Working across a range of Digital entities that are instantly recognisable you will develop strategy to acquire grow and retain the customer base.
  
Key experience and deliverables will include.

• Delivery of insight driven propositions to grow revenues
• Product ownership of the customer journey, end to end experience across web and mobile with a focus on conversion rate optimisation
• Development and delivery of personalised content and curated experiences.
• Work with the data team to identify audience segments and opportunities to grow lifetime value.
• Manage a lifecycle that supports up-sell and subscription/membership and transactional value
• Support direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, in-product messaging and social.
• Be a ‘thought-leader’ for customer across the business.
