This is an excellent opportunity within our Marketing team as a result of our growing online presence.  As part of our in-house, ‘studio’ team you will be able to utilise your excellence in e-commerce to deliver a highly engaging customer experience.

Reporting to the Web Manager, your focus will primarily be on:

  • Delivering our e-commerce sales target
  • Delivering optimised reach and engagement through our online channels;
  • Generating and testing actionable insights, and improving optimisation of key conversion funnels;
  • Being the SME in the design and development of new marketing functions within the online environment ensuring they deliver to marketing objectives
  • Developing promotional offers to drive results; and
  • Ensuring all content developed meets advertising and brand standards.

For this role we’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role.  It’s expected you will be experienced in the manipulation of images/artwork using web design tools, have a high capability in Google Analytics/Web Master Tools, strong understanding of search engine optimisation and excellent verbal/written communication.  Familiarity with a test & learn process would be a bonus.

To be successful you will need to be able to convert information into delivery, be able to see things differently and embrace change, while always driving for results through effective planning and problem solving.
