The Company
We represent a privately-owned business and a leader that provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) business management software for small and mid-sized businesses. Our client is seeking a new addition to their rapidly growing team. Due to a significant growth phase, our client is looking to the future and wants to bring on their first Digital Communications & Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team and their highly respected software product.
The Role
This newly created role will work with the Business & Channels Manager to plan, develop, implement and continuously improve digital marketing communications to assist the business in meeting its objectives and digital progression plans.
They need someone who is switched on, has strong writing and verbal communications skills, is up for a challenge and has a good sense of humour.
This role is busy and varied and requires someone who has initiative and can think outside the square. You will have an aptitude for understanding and learning new technology tools.
You will plan and co-ordinate through various marketing channels, including the company’s website, direct marketing and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Company’s Marketing Plan
- Measure and report on the contribution each marketing activity delivers
- Draft blogs using material provided by the internal Technical Communicator.
- Manage social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Google PPC, AdWords
- Manage and maintain the company’s website (you will be comfortable with content management systems such as WordPress) - HTML knowledge would be useful.
- Prepare sales brochures and advertising media
- Draft communications to Customers
This is a brand-new role so there is lots of scope to bring your own ideas and thinking.

The ideal candidate will hold the following attributes and experience:
- Marketing/Communications degree
- At least 1 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Brand Ambassador, you’ll want to invest in the company and in return be given career growth opportunities
- Be passionate about Software
