This role requires a proactive manager who has an extensive career in the recruitment industry, and although we are a leading construction industry recruiter, we are open to hearing from applicants from all recruitment management backgrounds. You will be taking over a motivated and successful team of experienced consultants, as well as managing an established desk of your own. As a client satisfaction focussed recruitment agency, our approach to how we operate is to offer specialised recruitment solutions to our clients, giving our consultants the freedom to tailor their approach to provide the best possible outcomes for candidates and clients.
