About Taikura Trust

About the Role
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for functions that relate to providing accounting and business services to the organisation, including:
- Payroll
- Account Bank and Ledger reconciliations
- Monthly invoice processing Accounts Receivable
- IRD requirements (PAYE)
- Fixed asset register maintenance
- Assistance with monthly and annual reporting
- Banking and Preparing Payments
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an accounts role
- Knowledge of ‘Greentree and IMS’ or similar financial management software
- Business related degree level, tertiary qualification in area of accounting/finance
Preferred, but not essential:
- 3 years’ work experience in specialist area
- A valid, full NZ Driver License
