GERMAN SPEAKERS! We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Resourcing Specialist for the division Engineering for our Resourcing Centre based in Barcelona Description * Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates for the division Ingenieure&Techniker via a range of methods e.g. social networks, direct approach, research and internal systems * Building and maintaining a network of candidates with candidates through targeted approach and recruitment * Conducting competency based interviews and assessments in German and English * Usage of modern recruitment tools * Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System * Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business Profile * Degree in Business or HR or equivalent * Minimum of two year's solid recruitment experience, preferred in recruitment of engineering profiles * Proven track record of high quality recruitment in an international environment * Experience in working for a Recruitment Agency and/or a Recruitment Service Centre as well as usage of social networks is also highly desirable * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work * Strong team player with high level of flexibility * Excellent organisational and multi tasking skills with a hands-on mentality * Fluent in German and English, advanced in Spanish is preferable Job Offer Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional
