AREA MANAGER - RECRUITMENT Do you want to join the fastest growing recruiter network in Europe? As one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK, Blu Global aims to consolidate its position with the recruitment of Area Managers in Valencia. The role will involve: • Providing general support to Recruiters who are allocated to the Area Manager, including day-to-day queries/questions, process issues and all other relevant support. • Assisting the Country Manager to expand the recruiter network into additional targeted cities/areas in region, through group ‘Recruiter Presentations’. • Carrying out reviews and holding monthly meetings with allocated recruiters. • Representing the Company with Corporate clients/contacts, where a collaboration opportunity exists.
