Importante Empresa Multinacional busca Controller Financiero Descripción de la oferta * Support the Finance manager and provide leadership to the finance function for Spain. * Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of results. * Report actual results and forecasts, analyse variations and implement countermeasures when necessary. * Provide decision making and business support,providing ideas and suggestions to achieve the business goal. * Provide leadership in improving financial results: Revenue, Operating Profit & Working Capital. * Provide accurate information to the Regional Finance Director /Corporate Controller such that the Profit Plan (Budget) can be adjusted on a monthly basis to reflect changing business conditions (revenue and margin) and identify variations in planned operating expenses. * Analyse variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances and support in determining countermeasures. * Timely reporting of weekly orders, shipments, backlog and cash balances. * Coordinate with other Department heads in meeting organizational goals and objectives. * Implement and continuously improve internal controls to ensure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets. * Prepare US GAAP results in full compliance with the Corporate Standards as defined in the company's Manual, and report the results. * Work with local advisor to ensure preparation of local statutory financial reports and comply with local tax regulations within the required time frames set by government. * Timely reporting of quarterly and year-end US GAAP required schedules. * Regular and ad-hoc information requests pertaining to financial subjects as banking, warranty, inventory, reserves, sales- and margin reports, etc. Perfil del candidato * 3-5 years of experience, in a Finance leadership role of multi-national company. * Experience in financial reporting, analysis or management reporting. * Technical knowledge of Spanish GAAP, Spanish tax & US GAAP * Demonstrated leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical, change management and communication skills. * People management experience. * MS Office.
