About the Opportunity
As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for the service and repair of our beverage dispensing, ice making and refrigeration equipment in the Perth region.
Key Responsibilities
Out in the field, you will be the face of Asahi/Schweppes, providing fault finding/diagnostic, corrective maintenance, and problem analysis work.
As a representative of the Schweppes and Asahi Beverages brands you will deal directly with key customers in the Perth Metropolitan area; flexing your problem solving, trouble-shooting and customer support skills.
About You
- Previous experience in a related service industry, such as small appliances, commercial/domestic air conditioning, or refrigeration
- A trade qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline, with a restricted electrical licence (HVAC and Refrigeration)
- Commitment to safety and to providing the best possible service to customers
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your tasks to ensure service is delivered within customer expectations.
This role will require you to work on a rotating shift pattern every 5 weeks and will involve some weekend work.
