Western General Bodyworks Group are accident repair experts with 10 modern repair facilities around Melbourne, Geelong and Gold Coast. Working with WGBW Group means being part of the highly skilled workforce who are innovative in the accident repair industry.
Our sites are busier than ever and as a result, we have an immediate opportunity for a first-class Branch Manager located in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This role is responsible for all operations in the workshop and requires someone to build on and maintain the high professional standards and business practices of WGBW Group.
To be a successful Branch Manager with WGBW Group you may need to have:
- A minimum of five years' experience in workshop management
- A minimum of three years' experience in the accident/smash repair industry
- Be a highly motivated team player
- Previous experience in estimation
- Previous experience in using Audanet advantageous
- Extremely professional and committed
As a Branch Manager with WGBW Group your duties will include:
- Management of workshop staff
- Daily workshop scheduling
- Management of quotations and invoicing processes
- Liaising with insurers, suppliers and assessors while maintaining good working relationships
- Maintaining high level customer satisfaction
- Ensuring workflow of vehicles in the repair process
