We currently have an opportunity for an experienced trade qualified Air Conditioning technician to join our team located at our head office in Macquarie Park

Reporting into the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be providing technical support on all aspects of our air conditioning products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Air-conditioners service providers over the phone and ensure issues are resolved
  • Conduct technical training and product operation support to internal staff and service providers
  • Review and investigate product performance and liaise with stakeholders to resolve product related matters
  • Engage with the wider Panasonic business to support product sales
  • Work with your team members to achieve the overall team objectives by drawing on the collective skills of the team

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • A current Refrigerant Handling Licence and relevant HVAC Qualifications (Cert III Air conditioning & Refrigeration) 
  • Experience providing support on air-conditioning products   Is desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers
  • Demonstrates an effective problem-solving, and pro-active approach
  • Identifies better ways to accomplish goals and exceed expectations; helps people to look for new ways to solve old problems
  • Strong team player – willing to ‘pitch in’ when required
