Cove Spa located in South Perth is looking for a qualified, passionate & enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our team - If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity to work in a successful multi-national award winning Day Spa, this could be it!

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and committed Spa Therapist to join our team working 4 to 5 days a week. This position consists of 3 days per week undertaking treatments and 1-2 day per week working as a Salon Coordinator behind the front desk. This position is ideal for an experienced therapist wanting to step away from being on the floor every day.

 We also have a rotating roster, so everyone gets a Saturday off every few weeks.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

• Minimum of a diploma in beauty therapy and 3 years’ experience in the beauty/spa industry - Further qualifications and day spa experience an advantage
• Perform all beauty and massage modalities to the highest standards; including facials, massages, body treatments, mani/pedi, waxing, tanning & makeup
• A person with strong communication skills, high integrity and professionalism who is committed to recognise and read clients’ needs, deliver excellent client care and go the extra mile for all clients

• Build professional, ongoing relationships with clients, provide tailored skincare and customise each treatment accordingly with a desire to truly make a difference for all clients
• Accommodating to the needs of the business by way of being flexible and available when needed

• Excellent grooming and presentation standards
• Be a team player, complimenting all of those around you, working hard and completing whatever task is expected of you
• Be responsible for up keeping our Spa and your allocated room always perfectly presented
• Experience with upgrading services and upselling products, confident with all aspects of retail
• The ability to multitask and perform under pressure and in busy situations
• Day, evening and weekend work
