The Role
We are now seeking a quality Audio Visual Support Technician to join and support our exciting team in Victoria.
To be successful you will have a strong customer service focus and a focus for detail and enjoy working as part of a team. Ideally, you will also need experience and capable in Microsoft products including Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
If successful you will be responsibile for the following core tasks;
- Conducting pre-conference tests, check and verify equipment operation.
- Direct onsite support for end users, assist room set up and operation in a corporate enviroment.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and assist staff in operating equipment including telephoen support
- Coordinate video conferencing to ensure smoot and efficent operation.
- Develop and undertake system training and operation manuals to room users.
- Manage and maintain the installed audio visual systems including regular schedule maintenace, cleanign and tests.
- Manage external vendor repairs and external recources visiting site
- Manage and track stock consumables items includign batteries, projector lamps, connection leads etc.
- Other associated duties as directed.

To be considered for this role you must have either a minimum of two years experience in commercial audio visual systems installation, support or maintenance . An individual with experience in software application development and Database management will also be highly regarded.
