- Due to the unprecedented growth of our business Northpoint's award winning Prospect Service Department is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team!

At Northpoint we are renowned for our customer service experience that surpasses our client expectations. As the successful applicant you will enjoy working in a recently built, state of the art facility, based at Prospect. We are looking for an automotive service professional who wants to further their career with our successful growing Dealership.
To be successful in this fulltime role you will have exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in your ability to deliver outstanding service results at a high level of guest satisfaction. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, well organized, results focused and take pride in consistently achieving targets.
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will manage our customer's needs to ensure that their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time. Your genuine consultative and friendly sales approach will be professional whilst working in a fast paced environment.
As the successful Service Advisor, you will report to the Service Manager and will work closely with all Northpoint Departments. You will need to have the following skills or attributes:
- Highly motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem solving skills
- Organise and follow up on service bookings
- Liaise with customers and service technicians
- Prepare and cost invoices
- Exceptional customer service,negotiation and sales skills.
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- A good mechanical aptitude
- Friendly and positive personality
- Driver's license essential
