The Key purpose of the Maintenance Officer at Chadstone Shopping Centre is to work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Operations Managers to maintain the general up-keep of the centre directly or for more substantial works ensuring that suitably qualified persons are engaged to carry out any maintenance and repairs, whilst maintaining the highest level of stakeholder engagement and a positive outcome for our customers.

What will you bring?

You will have a previous experience in a relevant trade coupled with excellent communication and problem solving abilities. You will have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety and have had previous experience coordinating contractors within a maintenance environment. You are known for your responsiveness and efficiency to all maintenance activities and your positive attitude, which allows you to play a critical role in enhancing our customer experience.
