About The Role

We are looking for a person who has worked within an automotive dealership service department with a good understanding of dealership processes and, importantly, a strong technical understanding of motor vehicle function.

The ideal candidate is working within an automotive dealership service department - a Service Advisor who is looking for their next career move, or a Service Manager looking apply their industry skills and experience in a more supportive and educational role.

This role primarily involves working closely with a dedicated team to strengthen their automotive industry and technical knowledge, and will assist with managing customer enquiries/concerns on behalf of the manufacturer.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and assistance to customer-facing staff by applying your experience and knowledge
  • Assist in developing training materials based on technical and franchise dealership operations
  • Working in conjunction with the manufacturer's Customer Relations department to assist with the case management of customer concerns towards a satisfactory resolution.


Attributes of the Successful Candidate

  • Applicant should have dealership service department experience
  • A passion for assisting customers and goes the extra mile
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of automotive vehicle functions
  • A genuine team-player with a passion for customer excellence
  • Computer skills, particularly with MS Office
  • Experience with Salesforce is desired, however comprehensive system training will be provided.
