ICC Sydney is a $1.5 billion development that has transformed the Darling Harbour precinct. The project delivered 35,000sqm of internal exhibition space, the largest commercial kitchen in the southern hemisphere, Australia’s largest ballroom, an open air event deck, and an 8000 seat entertainment theatre.
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Maintenance Electrical Technicians on a fulltime basis - to work alongside the Trades Team to ensure the efficient and effective availability of all areas of the ICC Sydney Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform timely installation, repair, reactive and preventative maintenance activities and for a wide variety of plant and equipment types.
- Perform proactive condition evaluation, identifying necessary repairs and performing corrective maintenance.
- Follow through relevant work orders on facilities maintenance system and all updates are reported back to contact centre
Required Skills & Experience:
- Flexibility to work on a 7 day/afternoon rotating roster
- Trade qualified – Electrician full licence highly regarded.
- Minimum requirement is a limited electrical license; Refrigeration/ Air Conditioning, etc.
- Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not essential
- Current working knowledge of the hospitality, convention and exhibition industry is desired
