Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Strong knowledge of automotive servicing and repair

With a focus on "Building Customers for Life" We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team located at Broadmeadow. Our staff enjoy an excellent and safe working environment; the successful applicant will operate in a modern workshop with the potential for career progression. Our Ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a dealership service department and will be confident dealing with customers face to face on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities –
- Have some sales experience
- Have a high level of personal presentation
- Work well in a team environment
- Are committed to a long-term career
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Good phone manner
- Have computer skills – knowledge of Reynolds system / ERA Link / ERANET will be highly considered
- Have a current Drivers Licence
- Strong Work Ethic
You will be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians, ensuring that they are kept up to date at every stage of the servicing process. There is also an element of sales to this role, so it is important that you are comfortable up-selling services and products to customers. This is a full time position.
