Australia's Leading Truck Steering and Alignment specialists are currently seeking an experienced Wheel Aligner/Trade Assistant to join the Laverton Branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be required to work on a variety of heavy vehicles such as prime movers, buses, light trucks and trailers.
In this varied role you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out wheel alignments on trucks, trailers, buses, cranes and other heavy vehicles
- Carrying out wheel balances on abovementioned vehicles
- Carrying out suspension repairs on abovementioned vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Complete job cards accurately
Heavy Vehicle mechanical knowledge is essential and experience of steering, suspension and wheel alignment procedures would be preferred. Your strong focus on commitment, quality workmanship, and pride in your work is paramount in succeeding in this role.
A Heavy Rigid truck licence (or ability to obtain same) is advantageous.
Remuneration will be negotiated and is dependent on experience.
