Adapt is expanding our ESM Service Division. This will help Adapt strengthen its position as a leading service company providing a better service structure to our existing and future clients
About the role
We are seeking an experienced, mature minded, competent and proactive Person to undertake day to day duties that you will assist in all parts of our ESM Servicing roles which will lead to the overall success of the business.
This role will be based from our Dandenong Head Office but work can be in many areas
About you:
Previous experience preferred but not essential
Ability to be versatile, can adapt to various situations quickly
Quick to think on their feet!
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Determined and Methodical in your approach to duties
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with staff/clientele base
Computer skills
Must be able to work autonomously
Vehicle provided
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide overall support to ensure all aspects of ESM service and maintenance goals have been met
Ability to work with our computerised Integrated Management System and attention to detail including paperwork
Deal directly with customer on a day to day basis
Liaise and coordinate all works assigned
Regularly liaise/support the management team to ensure all customer service objectives are met.
