Property Maintenance / Handyman

We are looking for a handyman to assist on private property.

The successful applicant will have:

1. Experience in yard maintenance including lawn mowing, edging, hedging, trimming, pruning, planting, gutter cleaning, removal of weeds and small trees
2. Experience in basic building maintenance such as painting, plumbing, minor carpentry works, fencing, gate installation and repair, pressure washing, lighting, cleaning and general repairs
3. A strong work ethic with time management skills
4. Self-motivation and a capacity to work unsupervised on site
5. The ability to effectively communicate and set timelines and deadlines to meet our needs
6. Own transport and current NSW drivers licence
7. A construction safety white card
8. Will require a Working With Children Check

This is a casual position (2 - 3 days per week)
