Role Overview
With a growing workload from new lines of work, IPG Marketing Solutions are looking to expand our team involved in the signage and installation division of our business. We are seeking a well presented, motivated and experienced graphics/vinyl applicator with an in depth understanding of the industry.
Work scope ranges from the install of small decals and large digital prints & vehicle graphics, through to fabricated signs. The successful candidate will based in our Brendale production facility, with various jobs requiring installation on-site across the Brisbane metro area.
General Responsibilities
- Install laminated and un-laminated vinyl, one way vision, vehicle graphics, rigid signage, corflute etc
- Read and understand plans for job layout
- Inspect all graphics and materials prior to installation process
- Liaise with clients as needed to ensure placement before installation of signs and graphics
- Perform site measurements
- Ability to use a wide range of tools, including power tools
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in or interested in the Wide Format Printing, Signage &/or Graphics Industry
- Has experience, or will to learn how to produce and install laminated and un-laminated vinyl, one way vision, vehicle graphics, rigid signage, corflute etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident engagement of external and internal clients and stakeholders
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
