Adelaide Hydraulics Pty Ltd is a small South Australian privately owned family business established in 1973. The company specialises in the manufacture of earthmoving attachments and hydraulic cylinders. Products are distributed through a network of dealers and original equipment manufacturers here in Adelaide and interstate.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Fabricating and welding earthmoving attachments and hydraulic cylinders.
- Confident in MIG and ARC welding.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and weld symbols.
- Manual lifting.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and experience
To be considered you will need to have the following:
- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication.
- Able to work unsupervised and/or as part of a team.
- Be reliable and have a sound work ethic.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and WHS policies and procedures.
- Proven ability in a similar role.
