SECUREcorp is currently seeking an experienced Venue Manager/Cleaning Manager to lead our team of Cleaners, Security Officers, Maintenance Officers and Customer Service Desk Attendants at a prestigious retail site in the Bankstown area.

Your technical expertise and motivational skills in leading high performing service teams and building strong customer relationships will be required in this role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent leadership skills with an inclusive style of management
• An ability to mentor the team and ensure contract deliverables meet the premium standards of the centre
• The interpersonal skills to build team cohesiveness and a strong focus on service and achievement
• An ability to develop a strong partnership between the client and SECUREcorp
• Sound administration skills in support of over 20+ staff members
• A Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Integrated Services industry with a focus on Cleaning, Security, Maintenance and Customer Service

This is a Full Time – Monday to Friday position, which would suit an experienced Cleaning Manager, and would require the successful applicant to be on call after hours.
