Reporting directly to the National Service Manager, this is an entry level role into head office operations providing technical support to our dealer network throughout Australia and New Zealand. 

Day to day activities will include:

• Responding to technical issues reported from the dealer service departments
• Assisting and training dealer service departments on new product and special tooling
• Assist with reporting to the manufacturer
• Preparation of technical material and communication to the dealers
• Transportation, set up and pack down vehicles at all customer events
• Attendance at brand events and functions
• General support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service from our dealers

The role requires a highly skilled automotive technician who is outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate about luxury. We are interested in candidates who have at least 2 years' experience post apprenticeship and an active interest in technical advancement and development is essential as well as all round computer skills and knowledge.

The role requires flexibility with hours due to the number of events and some interstate travel.
