Our Client, an award winning Australian owned caravan manufacturer and retailer is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead their WA teams.
This role will be based at the dealership in Mandurah and will require local state based travel to support the wider business.
The role will report to the National Operations Manager in Melbourne and be responsible for leading a team of eight team members, including sales representatives and an administrator.
The Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive all Branch KPI's and communicate these effectively to the team;
- Coordinate the day to day operations of the Branch;
- Be responsible for the financial management including but not limited to budgets and reporting;
- Manage and develop customer and commercial relationships;
- Lead and develop team members.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous branch management experience;
- High level understanding of branch operations;
- Experience and knowledge in the Automotive Industry;
- Strong communication skills;
- A 'Customer First' attitude with a passion for developing new and existing business;
- WA Sales and Yard Licence desirable.
