Bayford Volkswagen Camberwell is the jewel in the crown of the highly regarded Bayford Group, one of Melbourne's largest multi-franchise dealerships.
We are expanding our Service operation so a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Workshop Controller / Team Leader to join our Team on a full-time basis. You will join a dynamic team that's number one focus is customer satisfaction. The Role:
The Workshop Team Leader / Controller role requires a high level of customer focus with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role is responsible for providing directional and operational support to the workshop technicians whilst focussing on quality and achieving above bench mark results, and meeting budgets. The successful candidate will be committed to promoting and further improving the already existing fantastic working environment while possessing superior workmanship qualities and strong attention to detail.
Skills & Experience:
Ideally the successful candidate will have:
- Volkswagen experience preferred, but not essential
- Workshop Technician or Diagnostic Technician experience required
- Ability to communicate within a team environment
- Exceptional diagnostic and testing skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Passion, motivation and a positive attitude
- Valid Manual Driver's Licence
