About the role

• Motivating and leading team
• Educating and training apprentices
• Stock control
• Client relations 
• Liase with salon owner with daily operations 
• Flexible hour options
• Must be available to work Weds nights and Saturdays 
• Salon closed Sunday & Monday 
• Full service salon

Skills and experience

Successful candidates must have:

• Min 7 years hairdressing experience
• A bright and friendly disposition
• Ledership experience 
• History of loyalty 
• Reliable work ethic
• Confidence in all aspects of hairdressing including colouring, cutting and styling
• Desire to work in a collaborative and team environment
• Neat and professional presentation 
• Friendly and outgoing disposition
• Organisational and time management skills 
• Keen understanding of customer service on the highest level
• A passion to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
