We are currently seeking the services of a trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator / Body Builder based in Canning Vale at our Head office.

This hands-on role requires an individual, who has high attention to detail, can work autonomously and has high regards for safety.

This role serves as a critical supporting resource to our maintenance team ensuring a continued high level of maintenance standards across our modern fleet of field drilling equipment and vehicles. 

The successful applicant must have the ability to adhere strictly to Hagstrom Drilling's Safe Work Policies and Procedures. 

Core Competencies / Experience / Qualification required

• Trade qualification and extensive experience in welding and fabrication related operations.
• Machinist exposure / experience would be held in high regard.
• Attention to detail, organized, self starter, strategic thinker, good problem solving skills  and good housekeeping skills
• Flexible, able to multi-task, excellent prioritization skills
• Motivated to be part of a proactive team focused on the continual development and improvement of the organisation as a whole.
• No two days are the same in this role therefore; candidates must be able to efficiently move between different tasks as operationally required without comprising the quality of there task completion standards.
