This full tine position is a member of the Rotork production workshop team at Hallam. You must be a qualified electrician with excellent mechanical aptitude.
The main objective is to prepare Rotork products for dispatch to the customer, including
fitting/removal of option cards, fitting of actuators onto valves, with supplied adaptions. This
position has a focus on electric actatuors and associated connecting and disconnecting for testing
and pre commissioning in the workshop, prior to despatch to site.
At times other work including panel build / tube bending, and commissioning associated
equipment will be included.
Fault finding and warranty work is sometimes required.
Most of the work is located in the Rotork Hallam workshop and the products are primarily used in
the Water & Waste Water, Petrochemical, Offshore Oil, Gas, Mining and Power Generation
Industries. Infrequent local and national travel, sometimes at short notice, and time away from
home is required to fulfil the role. Some international travel may also be required for training.
