Ferno Australia Pty Ltd is a Brendale ( North Brisbane ) based company established in 1974 that is a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of Emergency, Rescue and Safety equipment.
Ferno is looking for a highly motivated, self starter with a keen interest in the engineering trades to join our team as a trade assistant to assist with manufacture and assembly of our range of emergency and rescue products.
This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person to join a company with a proven record of providing a career path for suitable and motivated staff.
Ideally the successful applicant will:
- have a sound mechanical aptitude
- possess a sound work ethic
- have some previous engineering shop
- be honest & reliable
- be prepared to work as part of team
- be prepared to do any task as reasonably requested by management
- be prepared to work some shift work as required
- be prepared to learn
- a forklift licence would be looked on favourably
- have reliable transport if not your own licence.
