About the role

We are looking for a candidate with a high technical skill set and a focus on customer care. In addition to this we are looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of technology and be part of an industry leading firm. You will be based on our client's premises in Canberra where you will utilise your excellent technical knowledge combined with the ability to build and maintain client relationships to ensure the efficient running of day to day audio visual operations.

Duties

• Provide high quality client technical support on Audio Visual Systems
• Provide onsite service maintenance  and fault finding
• Provide Technical and Operator system training for the Client
• Technical liaison with our client and engineering/ projects departments
• Recommend system modifications, design and upgrade where necessary
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation on all service works performed
• Handle and resolve customer queries
• Identify and implement new initiatives for improving service standards
• Conduct preventative service inspections
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Skills & experience

• High level of experience with Audio Visual Systems
• Basline,TSNV2 Clearance highly desirable
• Knowledge in Video Conferencing and Control Systems, in particular Polycom, Cisco and Lifesize
• Experience with Fault Finding, Audio Visual Schematics and Digital Sound Processors
• Demonstrate initiative and commitment in everything that you do
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A passion for providing high level technical support
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• A valid Driver's License
