We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to manage and lead the team in a southern Perth store..
About the role:
This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start; as the Store Manger you will possess the following:
Skills and experience
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a trade focussed store in the industry or similar
- Strong customer focus
- Effective selling skills and the ability to drive sales inc. exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build relationships with every customer creating a loyal customer base
- Great planning, stock management, visual presentation & organisational skills
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the Burson Team, which includes internal sales staff, delivery drivers and a sales representative
- Grow and maintain trade business sales across the area
- Stock management including purchase ordering, stock takes and audits
- Bank and Credit Control
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Staff responsibilities, including rosters and employee management
