About the Roles
AWX are seeking highly motivated Process Operators for the Bundaberg Region. We have a number of Casual positions with suitable applicants having an opportunity to move into Ongoing roles.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)
- Current Drivers Licence
- Reliable Transport
- Forklift Licence (Non Negotiable)
- Ability to read, interpret and diagnose technical specifications and information
- Ability to read and interact with HMI Panels
- Ability to forward think, problem solve and take initiative
- Ability to learn quickly and think on their feet
- Ability to work 24hr rotating roster
- Ability to commence immediately
- Prepared to undertake a pre-employment functional assessment
- Prepared to undertake a Drug & Alcohol screen
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated Process Operating Experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a Team
- Very Good communication skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Must be reliable and flexible
- Workplace Health and Safety oriented
