Twin Creeks Golf & Country Club is one of Sydney's Top Private Residential Golf Estates featuring a world class golf course with contemporary club house facilities.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Green Keeper to assist with the daily maintenance and staff management of it's 18 hole Graham Marsh designed Golf Course.

Twin Creeks is seeking a suitably qualified Green Keeper on a fulltime basis.

The successful applicant must demonstrate and be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

• Minimum certificate III Sports Turf Management.
• Advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
• Have strong leadership skills, have the ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Have the commitment and drive to evolve and adapt to the wants and needs of the facility.
• Liaise with the course Superintendent in regards to the day to day operations.
• Maintain key areas such as our Creeping Bent grass greens, 500m2 Bent grass nursery, and the wedding ceremonial lawn, in-conjunction with other areas.
• Conduct facility inductions, staff training and development.
• Implement WHS policies and procedures.
• Experience with Irrigation troubleshooting, repairs and Rainbird software knowledge would be beneficial.
• Demonstrate well rounded Green keeping skills.

We are offering a competitive salary. Working a 38 hour week, with rostered weekend shifts and overtime on a rotating roster or when required by the business.

The successful candidate will be an integral part in preparations for the NSW Open in 2018. This is a hands-on role and requires a passionate and motivated individual.
