Role Snapshot

Our Field Service Representative team located in Vermont are the forefront of our business within the Victoria Pubs/Clubs and venues. This role will specifically be responsible for performing repairs to Tabcorp equipment in a field environment accompanied by workshop repairs when required. The product range encompasses Gaming, Wagering, Keno, computer equipment and associated products.

How you will contribute

This role will see you being involved in;

  • Attend, update and close service incidents in line with our SLA’s ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform direct maintenance as required and resolved complex problems
  • Installation of new systems including networking to diagnosis of a wide range of customer problems, both software and hardware
  • Compile and update information, records or data relating to assigned incidents

Our Ideal Person

  • Experience in a similar role servicing electronic equipment
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to provide great service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Great time management and experience working to deadlines
  • Full and current driving licence
  • Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Should be able to use multimeters and soldering irons
