Chadoak Building and Maintenance requires an enthusiastic and experienced Plumber to join our lively, proactive and above all else, hardworking team.
We perform plumbing maintenance throughout all of Melbourne for shopping centres, aged care facilities, strata management firms, hospitals, builders and various other entities. Our work is varied and interesting and we pride ourselves in being the ones to solve our client's problems where others may have failed. Most of our works consist of repeat business from valued clients due to quality of service. We require motivated trades people who enjoy a challenge, can think outside the box and are self driven.
Job tasks & responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance
- Roofing and roof repairs
- Drainage
- Sewer blockages / cctv and locations
- Repairs and maintenance to sewer and storm water pump stations
- Repairs, replacement and servicing of bulk hot water systems
- Maintenance of rain water systems
- Leak investigations and reports
- Installation of gas fitting lines
- Burst pipes
- Fit outs
- Installation and testing of backflow devices and tmv's
- General trouble shooting
Skills & experience
- Qualified plumber
- Plumbers registration card
- OHS / Red / White Card
- Current manual drivers licence
- Minimum 3 years' commercial experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of team
- Ability to create accurate reports documenting works completed and additional works that may be required
