About the business

About the role
- Understanding and negotiating the work providers' assessments of the repair prior to allocation;
- Ensuring the proper implementation of our organisation's systems and processes with the ability to train our network for optimum business performance. The aim is to achieve the goals of previously agreed times and costs, customer service satisfaction levels and agreed hand over times to the vehicle owner.
- Ensuring the Fix Auto repair facility's collision repair and paint equipment is regularly maintained and where necessary, within calibration guidelines;
- Ensuring the repair facility's paint baking oven reaches specified temperatures, baking times and fume extraction. A fully equipped tool kit will be provided to assess the paint process, including film thickness and cure, post repair.
- Regularly inform the repair facilities on their weekly/monthly operational and commercial performances and advise and implement improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business and proven experience in a similar role. This position suits a person with collision repair industry knowledge but skilled Quality Assurance professionals are welcome to apply.
