We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged Security Shift Supervisor to assist with providing a safe and secure environment at the Centre for clients, visitors and staff and also ensuring the protection of equipment and building. This role is required to lead shift teams and assign Security Officers effectively and efficiently across events and the building. You will provide first aid assistance and be acutely involved in medical assistance and incident reporting and investigations inclusive of emergency situations.
Current experience in team leading is essential for this role as are strong interpersonal and written communication skills. The ability to nurture care within your team and provide a next level customer experience is essential. You will be expected to have demonstrated experience in a 5 star property along with a current Security licence with monitoring, Senior First Aid certificate with advanced resuscitation and defibrillation. A sound understanding of situational awareness is also paramount to this position. Please note also, applicants must have Australian residency or Permanent Resident status.
