We require a pro-active, resourceful and fun spirited Customer Service Representative & Spare Parts Interpreter to support our sales, service and factory teams based in Dandenong. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager and working alongside a small sales & factory team, you will be a highly motivated individual willing to learn all accepts of sales in a manufacturing environment, with full training provided. You will be deeply passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the ability to multitask in a fast and challenging environment.

Main duties include;

  • Counter Sales for walk in customer
  • Back up to the internal and external sales and service teams
  • Parts Enquires and Interpretation
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Participate in stock counts
  • Be responsible for the show room presentation
  • Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers and learning their business opportunities
  • Assist in sales administrative duties

To be successful for this role;

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Have an ability to provide a high level of professional customer service
  • Highly organised and well presented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications – outlook/excel/word
  • Background in the earthmoving industry highly advantageous
