Operations Assistant - Traffic Management 

We are a rapidly expanding Traffic Control company based in Tullamarine and require some extra support from an experienced candidate within the industry.

The role and duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ability to support the traffic planning, management and project implementation processes across all projects;
• Scheduling and ensuring all traffic controllers and vehicles are ready
• Ability to obtain, maintain and retain rapport with a variety of different clients;
• Capable of conducting audits and assuring quality in-field delivery;
• Conduct incident investigations with support;
• Audit traffic controllers
• Ensuring job documentation is ready and fill out correctly for every job
• Ensure OHS policies are followed
• May be required to work after hours and weekends

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Control Traffic ticket with Stop Slow Bat; 
• Implement Traffic Management Plan;
• Construction White Card;
• Manual Drivers License;
• Be able to multitask
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role (desirable)
• Be a self-starter capable of working without direction or micro- management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Intermediate skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Proven experience in task management with strict deadlines delivered with accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively in project and shared office environment; and
• A "Can Do" attitude and friendly demeanour.
