The Company is a leading Australian manufacturer of Air-conditioning equipment supplying both residential and commercial products to the market. The company has been operating for over 30 years with an enviable record for continuous growth.

The Role
Due to the continued growth and expansion of the business nationally we are looking for a keen Apprentice and/or fully qualified HVAC Service Technician. You will service the Sydney Area and as required start each morning on customer sites or be required to attend our Head Office in Bella Vista, NSW.
Reporting to the NSW Service Supervisor; candidates will be required to service, diagnose and install Residential and Commercial Air Conditioners.
Key Responsibilities
·Work proactively to diagnose and resolve faults as well as carryout general maintenance
·Communicate accurately with customer and office where required
·Assist fellow junior apprentices as well as others from Technical Support team
·As required; work with the Engineering and/or Manufacturing teams for testing and fault-finding purposes.

Skills and Experience
·Apprenticeship enrolment - into Referation and Air Conditioning OR
·Qualified to Cert. III Electrotechnology Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
·Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence
·Current Class C Drivers Licence as a minimum
·Current NSW Supervisor's Certificate
·Construction Induction Card (White Card) preferred
·Experience and qualifications working in High Risk situations + Confined Spaces and Heights.
·Experience using electronic based service reporting software
·Developed computer literacy
·Strong Customer Service focus
·High attention to detail and accuracy
·Advanced communication skills

• Competitive hourly rate complemented with a performance bonus of up to $3 per hour
• Starting on site allowance of $20 per day
