ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a subcontractor who can partner with us. Although we will consider all people who apply the right person would ideally be able to cover most aspects of a landscaping job from the reticulation through to paving, limestone garden beds and more.

This role suits an enthusiastic, hard working and fit person, with a great attitude who understands the landscaping industry and is not afraid  of a hard days work.This is not an employment role but an opportunity for another business to assist us and partner with us. The right person could have ongoing contract work with our company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Paving
• Installing irrigation systems
• Landscaping projects from start to finish
• New lawns
• Edging
• Limestone planters
• Reticulation service
• Completing projects on time and within budget
• Upholding the Company's minimum standards
• Working to achieve the Vision and Mission of the Company

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

To be considered for subcontracting you will have

• Signifianct Landscaping experience
• Your own vehicle and tools
• Public liability insurance and also workers compensation if you have any employees
• ABN

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has permanent residency
• Has high energy levels
• Has and uses their initiative
• Has already undertaken these duties before
• Is able to work long hours
• Cares about the client
• Experience in reticulation
• Experience in horticulture and garden maintenance helpful
• Has a current WA manual drivers license

• Someone who is very precise and has an eye for detail

• Loves reticulation and landscaping industry
