Citywide are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team based in Port Melbourne to Elwood.

The successful applicant will be undertaking a variety of tasks with existing irrigation systems including inspection & repairs, programming and auditing systems..  You will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner whilst complying with OH&S procedures.

 Essential Skills Required:

• Current drivers licence
• Applicant must have experience with irrigation systems and recycled water
• Experience with backflows, water meters and tracing wires
• A recognised qualification in Irrigation or related field
• Knowledge and appreciation of OH&S
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Effective communication skills with ability to liaise with clients and members of the public

The successful candidate will be subject to a licence check and pre-employment medical prior to placement. As a Citywide team member you will have ingrained safety ethic and use safe work practices and promote safety in the workplace as a core value.
