Experienced Electrician
Based in Kelvin Grove, we are an established electrical contracting company that services both domestic and commercial clients (installation and maintenance) throughout Brisbane.
We have a position available for a hard-working, self-motivated and enthusiastic electrician.
You will be working on high-end home renovations, new builds and commercial fit-outs, with some service and maintenance work.
The position will suit a well-presented person with high work standards and ethics, who is reliable, punctual and highly motivated, and likes to be challenged and rewarded for their hard work.
We provide excellent working conditions for our employees, with on-going training and long-term prospects for individual growth.
There is also the opportunity for a leadership role within the business for the right person.
Employment will be on a permanent full time basis, after completion of a successful trial period. Salary will be dependent upon experience.
Vehicle, phone and uniform will be provided on completion of the probationary period.
We are Master Electricians and ECA Safety Connect members, so safe work practices are important to our company.
Applicants must possess
- A Queensland (or equivalent) Electrical licence
- Minimum 3 years post-trade experience (residential experience required)
- Ability to run your own jobs, and supervise apprentices
- Open drivers licence
- A good knowledge of AS3000 wiring rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
- The ability to work unsupervised and complete all tasks to a high standard
- White card or equivalent

- Previous use of web-based trade software programmes
- Computer skills
- Cabling licence preferred
- Audio-Visual installation experience
- Security licence/programming ability
- ARCtick licence
- C-Bus programming
