At CMS you will be joining a small team of professionals delivering a variety of Restoration and maintenance solutions using some of the industries best equipment and technology.

We are looking for applicants with relevant experience that can demonstrate an all rounder skillset, reliability and pride of achievement. The position whilst starting as a base skilled crew is open for advancement into onsite management, operations or sales for the right candidate.
You'll be reporting to the Operations Manager and assisting in all areas of service delivery. You will be responsible for delivering a range of activities including commercial building washing, structure and site clean ups and a range of activities around industrial maintenance of government assets.
This is predominantly a night shift role on various locations throughout Greater Brisbane and South East Queensland. General shifts are Monday to Friday between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am with some variations into day shifts as clients request.

- Surface Restorations
- High-pressure cleaning
- Industrial cleaning
- Building maintenance
- Working at heights on Elevated Work Platforms
- Concrete honing, sealing and floor repair work
The successful applicant MUST have:
- MR or HR license (with experience preferred)
- Experience working night shifts
- Flexible and adaptable personality with a willingness to get the job done
- Availability to work mixed shifts when required
It would be preferable for the successful applicant to have the following:
- General Construction safety induction white card
- ASIC card for Airport works (willing to obtain when required)
- Experience with industrial pressure washing
- High Risk ticket - EWP 11m +
- Traffic Control ticket Level 1, 2 or 3
