This Queensland based company has a presence in SE QLD with a depot based on the north side of the Gold Coast that require climbing arborists for ongoing work. Our client prides itself on the commitment to safety, state-of-the-art technology and the opportunities to grow.

If you are physically fit, have a passion for the great outdoors and the ability to work effectively in a team with qualifications as a climbing arborist, this is the role for you.

The Role
You will be an essential part of the tree climbing and trimming crew, responsible for efficient and safe dismantling of trees and vegetation on the Gold Coast.
 
We are looking for a motivated individual committed to safety. You will be a team player and someone who takes challenges in their stride.
This is an ongoing temp role that offers the opportunity of a permanent role after the probationary period.
 
To be considered you must be:

• Physically fit and alert.
• Someone who enjoy's different working challenges in an outdoor environment.
• Able to communicate effectively and a good team member.
• Want to increase and develop your skills in Arboriculture.
• Able to follow rules and procedures.
• Driven individuals with a stable employment history.

Qualifications Required

• Qualifications in Arboriculture, including climbing (min Cert III)
• Qualifications in climbing techniques, aerial rescue and related fields.
• Unrestricted MR driver’s license and a responsible driving record.
• Chainsaw Operators Certificates Level 1 & 2
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) License
