THE COMPANY
This business specialises in joinery fitout and construction refurbs worth up to $20million.
The project range they deliver is broad and will offer you a challenge to keep you interested and learning every step of the way. They do however mostly focus on Hospitality, Education, Office and Retail projects.
This company is firmly ingrained in Sydney's commercial fitout market, and have now grown into a major NSW contractor. A recent high success rate with tenders have meant that more staff are needed across the board.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Predominantly the role will be to delegate the joinery install onsite.
- Exposure to a wide range of joinery fitout projects from $500k - $10million

THE IDEAL APPLICANT
- 3-5 years' experience with a commercial joinery company, fit out or construction
- Motivated, passionate and team orientated individual.
- Previous experience as a leading hand or supervisor running your own commercial fitout and joinery projects or working as part of a larger team.
- Local experience in Sydney and established relationships with subcontractors & suppliers.
- Relevant trade qualification with the skills and knowledge to delegate a joinery install
- Strong management and communication skills.
