National Sweepers is a name known for product quality and reliability. We are seeking a suitably qualified person to join our Field Service Team, providing a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
Your proven background knowledge in mechanical fault finding, maintenance and repairs of mechanical / electrical equipment will see you secure this position. Experience in maintaining and repairing floor care equipment is desirable.
A related trade qualification such as plant mechanic, motor mechanic, electrician, auto electrician would be an advantage. The ability to provide a high level of customer service is essential.
This position would suit the individual looking to make the transition from workshop technician to field service. Professional training will be provided both in house and on site. Good oral and written communication skills are required along with a focused customer service attitude.
