About the role
We are seeking a higher performer to be the face of our Wollongong Service Centre dealing directly with our customers who are servicing their vehicles.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
- Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time
- Accurately record data such as time expenses and materials using our Data Management system
- Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required
- Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle
About you:
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
- Ideally experience in a similar role
- You will thrive in a busy, high volume environment
- You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn a new system quickly (ERA experience preferred)
- You will have a can do approach where no task is too hard
- You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers
- Experience within a customer facing role with proven results
- You will be flexible and able to commence early morning shifts
- A ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
- A reliable, Punctual and hardworking disposition
